Error Analysis now offers human factors expert services through its satellite offices in Las Vegas, NV and Orange County, CA.

Cindy LaRue re-joins Error Analysis as a human factors safety associate in Canada.  

Human factors consultant Joseph Cohen named director of the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics.
